At Ain El Sukhna, just an hour away from Cairo, exists 'La Vista' Resort on the shores of the Red Sea.

Located on the Gulf of Suez, Ain El Sukhna is a year-round resort destination blessed with temperate climate.

Inland, desert safaris into nearby oasis and mountain canyons add to the list of attractions. On a surface area of 150,000 square meters, La Vista was designed on terraces descending slowly towards the shoreline providing

uninterrupted views of the sea from the chalets and villas.

Divided into small communities, the architectural character of the buildings blends harmoniously with the environment. Amongst lush landscaping, walkways, and pools, buildings occupy only 10% of the total property area.

Community:

The project consists of 150 villas, 150 chalets.

Clubhouse:

The resort clubhouse consists of a restaurant, coffee shop, bar, and billiard hall.

It covers an area of 700 m2.

Beach & water sports:

The beach's flat, soft, white sand is great for relaxing.

The site was designed on level, descending slowly to the shoreline.

The units were grouped into small communities, and the architectural character is consistent throughout all building.

Landscape:

Buildings occupy only 10% of the total area.

All units are located around a main axis that reaches the shore, swimming pools, and gardens without any intersecting roads.

The remaining area is dedicated to green lawns, sports courts, walkways, pools and related facilities/services (parking, security, supermarket and shop)
