This was my second time visiting and I really enjoyed it again. The food was delicious, the service was fast, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. If you like a mix of sweet and tangy flavors, I definitely recommend trying this salad,it was so good. The pizza was also really delicious and full of flavor. Looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes from the menu.
Cozy atmosphere and food was so good On my third visit, food is still amazing The waiters are so quick to accommodate our needs, the manager (I don’t know his name unfortunately) is from another world really. We had a small incident and he was very listening, understanding and accepted the feedback positively. Not only this, he did his best not to let us leave the place upset giving an indication of someone who really respects and appreciate his customers and making sure that we revisit the restaurant. He did beyond what was expected whether by him adjusting the bill and moreover serving a complementary dessert (An amazing Tiramisu). Definitely this wont be my last visit to the restaurant.
The food at 8 Otto is so tasty and delicious! We really enjoyed everything we ate. They even give a mixed bread basket at the beginning of the meal that was freshly made. The mixed green salad was light and refreshing. The pizzas are made Napoil style, which is the best in my opinion. The chicken parmesan was covered in cheese and pounded out flat and fully crushed. It was almost like a crispy chicken pizza. The service was excellent, everyone that helped us was friendly and patient. They even gave us extra homemade spicy oil to take home for our leftovers. The atmosphere was so peaceful and pleasant. They offer inside seating, patio seating under umbrellas and a garden area seating that is mostly covered, this is where we chose to sit and we really enjoyed it! Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
Service was extremely polite, friendly, and very helpful. The food arrived quickly no waiting needed , and the taste was absolutely delicious and high quality. A great experience overall, I’ll definitely come back again.
First time I visited 8 Otto yesterday and I enjoyed it a lot, definitely one of the best Italian restaurants I visited in Cairo. The restaurant offers authentic Italian food and has a beautiful indoor and outdoor area. As all the places in garden 8 it’s more on the higher end of the price scale but the quality of the food justifies it in my opinion. We tried the bruschetta as appetizer and got an assortment of 3 different kinds on crunchy bread. The basil pesto was soo good! As mains we tried two pasta dishes: the Napoletanian Ragu ( juicy, a lot of tender meat and a big portion) and the Ravioli ( the butter sage sauce was intense and full of flavor). The good music choice added to the all over all nice experience.
