The rooms are normal 3 star hotel rooms, bathrooms are not somewhere you want to be… the food is hideous. location looks nice, but is nothing here. Sunbeds are dirty (bird shit on them), beach area is not clean at all, full of plastic in the ocean. Pool was okey. Scenery is stunning, but hard to enjoy when everything so dirty. The staff on the beach and pool area are lovely, reception is very uptight, no warm welcome feeling… Came here after spending some days in Cairo to round up the honeymoon. I would not come back here again
We came with our family to spend 3 nights in Sokhna. I believe the hotel has been recently renovated but I was surprised with the number of times the electricity was out, plus the AC has an extremely loud sound which takes you sometime to get used to! Our rooms were kept clean n properly supplied by all our needs by a very decent gentlemen Mohammed Moursey, honestly he’s one of the few people that made our stay comfortable! Food wise I would say the breakfast buffet was good, has all the essential breakfast items but dinner was average. Yes there’s a huge variety but the quality wasnt exquisite as what you’d expect from Mövenpick but the chef was amazing, he took great care of our family & would hand pick the best pieces of BBQ for us. I didn’t enjoy the check-in experience, the staff were inefficient & not friendly to be honest!
Had an amazing time. It’s a beautiful resort with very friendly and polite staff. Rooms were mordern and clean. Was so impressed with how Chef Mohammed Shaban went above and beyond to make us seafood. He was so cordial and nice. It was delicious. Our sever Romel was so polite and helpful too. The cleaning staff Mohamed and Ahmed were awesome. It was a really great experience for me and my family. We totally recommend this resort and will be going back when visiting.A great tip is to get the ground floor if possible.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel The hospitality is world-class, and the staff's warmth makes you feel truly welcome from start to finish. The cleanliness of the entire resort is impeccable—everything is spotless and beautifully maintained. I want to give a special shout-out and a big thanks to Mr. Hany Elso3’ayar for his incredible hard work and dedication to keeping everything pristine and very clean . His efforts made a huge difference in the quality of my stay! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a perfect, high-quality getaway.
I had a very pleasant stay. The room was spotless, well organized, and very comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, hygienic, and well maintained, which really made a big difference. I truly appreciate the high level of cleanliness and care. Thank you to the hotel staff for the great service.
