Your tour begins with hotel pickup in Cairo or Giza. Explore the Great Pyramids of Giza: Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos. Visit the Valley Temple, where priests mummified King Chephren’s body and observe the Sphinx, the lion-bodied guardian with the head of King Chephren.
Next, travel 27 km southwest to Sakkara to see the Step Pyramid built for King Zoser. This site marks the evolution from simple mastabas to pyramids.
Continue to Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt dating back to 3100 B.C., where you will see the colossal statue of Ramses II and the great Alabaster Sphinx.
The tour ends with a transfer back to your hotel.
