Sabah Farm is located in the Orabi division, making it a convenient escape from the bustling city of Cairo. The farm spans 8 feddans (approximately 8.3 acres), divided into two sections: Enjoying Your Meal Breakfast: Freshly made Feteer Meshaltet: Serve it plain or with a variety of traditional toppings such as white cheese, honey, and molasses. Baladi Bread: A staple in Egyptian cuisine, freshly baked and perfect for dipping. Cheese and Honey: A selection of local cheeses paired with both white and black honey. Optional Traditional Lunch: If you prefer lunch, the farm offers a hearty Egyptian meal, which may include: Main Dishes: Choose from creamy steak, akaawi (slow-cooked oxtail), stuffed grape leaves (wara' enab), pigeon (hamam), half a duck, or mandi (a traditional dish of rice and meat) Sides: Accompanied by molokhia soup, keshk (a savory yogurt and flour-based dish), and aish baladi Beverages and Dessert: Finish your meal with traditional Egyptian tea and fresh fruit. The farm may offer additional recreational activities such as bike riding, playing traditional games like chess or Snakes and Ladders, or simply relaxing in one of the cozy huts scattered around the property.
