The place is designed in a modern way to encourage kids to have fun through obstacle courses and mini zipline. There is also a modern kids area built in a safe yet still fun way. The comunity is really safe and friendly. My only problem is that it is too far from Heliopolis plus some areas are still under construction.

Great place 3 courts beach volleyball never saw quality or competitions before like this And padel courts are amazing especially after the maintenance thank u
The location is good for residents of the compound, but the padel courts need maintenance, especially the flooring. I don't recommend playing until the necessary repairs are done.
