The people from the front desk to the house keeping are one of the nicest and pleasant people I have to come across in Egypt. If you don’t need extra hotel amenities you will get your money worth. The hotel is on 6th floor of a high rise building. Like I said if you need anything the people who work here are there to assist you. They serve you with free breakfast in your room.
Rooms were very clean and nile view from the room is top notch. The behaviour of staff was highly satisfied. They welcomed us with fruits. We had to go airport by 5am in the early morning, They prepared breakfast even that time and gave to us. We asked for lunch, they purchased from outside and presented well on plates in their way. Finding hotel was bit difficult as there is no sign board. If you follow their instruction that will be easier as well. They speak english. So no issues to coordinate. The hotel reception is at 6th floor of the tower. The behaviour of staffs bilal ans sarah was helpful. Best choice for nile view and nearest stay with nile crystal cruise.
Relative to the general level of hotels around here this is one of the best comparable to that of a famous chain hotel. The service was better than the comments say and I assume it is getting better over time.
