Upon your cruise’s arrival at Alexandria Port, a tour manager holding a placard with your name will greet you. You will then transfer in a private, air-conditioned vehicle for a three-hour drive to Cairo.
Your guided exploration includes the Pyramids of Giza—Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus—and the nearby Great Sphinx, a limestone statue with a lion’s body and human head. At the Valley Temple within the Giza Plateau, learn about funerary rituals related to Pharaoh Khafre.
