Begin your afternoon aboard a golf cart for a one-way scenic ride through Al Azhar Park. Along the way, pass the restored Ayyubid Wall, built over 800 years ago by Salah El Din himself, with views toward the Blue Mosque and the Citadel of Saladin, as well as the park's lake and waterfall. The ride ends at a sandstone Fatimid-style pavilion, where traditional architecture and sweeping views set the tone for a leisurely lunch. Walk beneath a stone archway and watch the Citadel come into view, perfectly framed against Cairo's skyline.
