Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Cairo
Your tour manager will meet you at Cairo International Airport and transfer you to your hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle. At the hotel, your tour manager will review the itinerary and confirm pick-up times for each tour.
Day 2: Pyramids and Cairo Sightseeing
Meet your personal guide for a visit to the Giza Plateau to see the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, Mykerinus, the Sphinx, and the Valley Temple. After lunch, continue to Coptic Cairo to visit the Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue before returning to your hotel.
Day 3: The Grand Egyptian Museum and Departure
A Sun Pyramids Tours representative will pick you up for an excursion to the Grand Egyptian Museum, home to extensive artifacts including the complete Tutankhamun collection. Key sights include:
- Hanging Obelisk
- Statue of King Ramses II
- Ten statues of King Senusert (viewed from a distance)
- Grand staircase (viewed from a distance)
- Ptolemaic king and queen exhibits

After the museum visit, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
Note: Tickets include access to the pyramid area but do not cover entry inside the pyramids. Entry tickets to the pyramids can be purchased on-site. The Grand Egyptian Museum will be closed from October 15, 2025, to November 4, 2025.
