A very good way to start the day. Amr is highly professional and attentive, correcting postures in a way that makes a real difference to the yoga practice. An excellent class and a very positive experience.
Nún Centre is always pleasant. The Saturday market is full of wonderful vendors selling truly fresh veggies and food. As for the center itself, it's deeply relaxing and offers beneficial and holistic classes and sells incredible incense, oils and books. Just being there will infuse peace into your day and align you!
