First of all, the view and atmosphere at this restaurant were absolutely amazing. The place has such a relaxing and beautiful vibe, making it perfect for enjoying a nice meal and spending quality time with friends or family. The food was honestly on another level. We ordered three different dishes, and every single one of them was incredibly tasty and full of flavor. You can really tell that they care about the quality of the ingredients and the way the food is prepared. The highlight for me was definitely the mushroom chicken dish, it was absolutely amazing and one of the best dishes I’ve had in a long time. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the portion size was also really good. We truly enjoyed our whole experience there, from the atmosphere to the service and the food. Everything exceeded our expectations, and it’s definitely a place worth visiting. I’ll for sure be coming back again soon.
The environment really gave the vibes of Italy, and the song choices too. Though I’m a big fan of silence😅. They gave me a complementary bruschetta (bread with tomatoes on top). I didn’t wanna try it at first, but I ended up loving it so much!!! I ordered spaghetti+meatballs and orange juice, and oh my god, I lovvveeeeedddddd the tomatoey-ness of the spaghetti! Absolutely delish! I came back again today for the same food because whyyy not???? For the orange juice, it was definitely fresh! I loved my experience! The staff are absolutely amazing. They are also very very attentive. Another plus for me was the “no smoking” policy indoors (I’m not sure about the outdoor sitting area, but yeah). I don’t want to be in a place to eat and I’m being suffocated by smoke!! Out of kindness, one of the managers gave me a sweet treat. You could be the lucky customer, try pepenero😅💗 Edit: I tried the Spaghetti Frutti di Mare. It’s so so delicious!! I’d give it a 10/10. I tried the Lasagna also, I believe it’s the most loved item by customers, I surprisingly didn’t really like it, but you can have a try, it’s great enough to be tried🤌🏾😅🤭 There is also a kids area. So people with kids can sit and enjoy their meals whilst the kids play. A win-win situation🥹🤌🏾💃🏾🥰💕😁 There is a one visit Salad buffet available Thurs-Sat. It seems there’s a large demand for the buffet, so make reservations before you go. There’s a toilet also (right beside the board that says “never trust a skinny chef”), I haven’t gone, so idk if it’s gender neutral or not.. saying just incase someone needs to wash their hands.✨
A truly standout experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, making it an easy 10/10 from the moment you arrive. The ambiance transports you straight to Rome, adding a unique charm to the place. Definitely reserve in advance for the terrace, especially on weekends. The food? Perfect as always 😊🙏🏼
Pepenero is a great restaurant with excellent service and a classic, elegant vibe, the ambiance is cozy and stylish, perfect for a relaxed dinner in Korba. The food was amazing, we especially loved the burrata pizza and the truffle risotto, both were delicious and full of flavor. Staff were attentive and professional without being intrusive. Overall, a wonderful Italian dining experience in Heliopolis and definitely a place I would come back to and recommend to friends.
