I had an amazing experience at Shayaa Sanctuary. Everything was perfect from the moment I walked in. The staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout. I had the Aura Royal Ritual and it truly lived up to its name, I felt completely pampered and treated like royalty. Every detail was exceptional, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!
I honestly can’t recommend this spa enough. From the moment you walk in, the entire place smells like heaven. I tried both the Sandal scent and the Scent of Eden oils on my three visits, and both were unforgettable. The service is absolutely perfect! the staff are friendly, welcoming, informative, and incredibly professional. The hygiene standards and overall quality are on another level. You can truly feel the care and attention in every detail. I tried the pedicure rituals, the Sudanese hammam with a Sudanese expert, the deep tissue massage, and the lymphatic drainage massage. What really stood out to me is that the lymphatic drainage massage is done by doctors, while the massage therapy is performed by highly trained specialists. The entire massage services team is made up of Asian professionals who are exceptionally skilled and experienced. I also had a skin consultation with Dr. Salma Barakat, the owner and skin expert, and then experienced what was honestly the best facial of my life! The facials are fully curated according to your skin type and needs, which made the whole experience feel very personalised and luxurious. My skin became healthier and happily glowing for weeks afterwards! I am definitely going back for more. Every visit felt like a complete reset for the body and mind. Truly one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had.

My first experience here, once I entered I was so amazed by how clean and organized plus the staff are very calm and kind and go above and beyond everything to make sure the customer is taking care of. The BEST Spa Discovery in Cairo! 🕯️ A Literal Life-Saver... The Vibe: 🌿 As soon as I walked into Shayãa Sanctuary, I was obsessed with the aesthetic. The interior design is spot on, so calming and chic. Even though the owner doesn’t speak much English, she is incredibly sweet! She personally gave me a tour of every area and you can really feel how much heart she’s put into this place. The "Goddess" Therapist: 🙌 I’ve been getting massages thousands of massages. The beautiful Filipina therapist here? She is a total Master of Art. Her hands are lean but so powerful. She has these creative techniques I’ve never experienced before. I didn’t even have to tell her where I was sore—she just "felt" the tension and hit every single pressure point perfectly. I was almost moved to tears during the session. She is officially my Massage Goddess! 😭✨ The Comparison: 📍 During my stay in Cairo, I’ve tried the Semiramis Spa at the InterContinental and NEV Spa at the President Hotel. They were good, but if you only have time for ONE, or if your body is genuinely aching—this is the one. Hands down the best experience in the city. Bonus: 🧖♀️ I also tried their facial treatment, and it was nearly 1.5 hours of pure bliss! I walked out feeling like a brand new person. And they also offer the best rate!! I did 90mins body massage and a facial, and for all of it, it cost just 4100 (if paying by card, it will be 4400)! Sweet price!!! If you’re in Cairo, you HAVE to visit this new sanctuary. Trust me, your body will thank you! 🇪🇬✨
