As a foreigner our stay at Zones Residence was the best. Our family enjoyed staying here. The manager is very professionnal and the entire staff was very welcoming. He accomadated and made our stay more mémorable, our kids wanted to stay longer. The best service and I would rate it 1000/1000 if I could. The hôtel deserves more than 5 stars.
I stayed here for 7 days. The rooms are clean, and there's a kitchen if you want to cook. The service is great, and they always ask if I need anything. The location is safe and quiet, plus it's 30 minutes from the airport by car and 5 minutes from Carrefour on foot. Finally, the price is better than a hotel, especially if you have a big family or are a couple.
Fantastic location near Carrefour and City Centre Mall. Flats are very clean and modern with all amenities. 24hr concierge available to help whenever needed and daily cleaning services available. Lift on site to help with heavy bags. Great area for restaurants and location in a very nice location in Cairo. The host is amazing and available at all times to help you with anything you need. Why pay premium prices for a 5 star hotel when you can pay 25% of that for 5 star accommodation. Host speaks great English so no issues with communication. Highly recommend
I stayed at Zones Residence Maadi for the second time, and once again the experience was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The staff are extremely respectful, professional, and genuinely caring. They always make you feel welcome and comfortable, which is very important, especially when traveling. The level of safety is excellent, and that gave me great peace of mind throughout my stay. The residence is very clean, quiet, well-organized, and ideal for families or anyone looking for comfort and privacy. The service quality is consistently high, and all details are well taken care of. This was my second stay, and it definitely won’t be my last. I highly recommend Zones Residence Maadi to anyone visiting Cairo and looking for a safe, comfortable, and high-quality place to stay. Yes, yes, yes. Our apartment was large, clean and well equipped. We liked that very much. And the hospitality and kindness of the staff and the manager... it is unique. The location is very good, restaurants and City Center Mall (with Carrefour) are very close to the property (you can try the Libanese Restaurant in City Center Mall, it is great also for a nice price). I think if you choose this hotel to stay with them, it is a good decision.
