The place is absolutely beautiful, and the service is amazing. Everyone was so kind and lovely. I spent quite a long time there by myself and genuinely enjoyed every minute of it. I ordered a lemon and mint juice—it was absolutely amazing and so delicious! I also ordered a vegetable pizza. I would recommend choosing which vegetables you want because the one I ordered came with every kind of vegetable they had 😄. The dough was delicious, and I really loved it. Definitely an experience I would repeat, and highly recommended!
Lavender Restaurant & Lounge is such a beautiful spot right on the river, offering a great selection of international and Asian cuisine. The food was delicious, portions were generous, and the value for money was excellent, especially considering the quality and service. I highly recommend booking around sunset the view and atmosphere are absolutely beautiful. The place has a wonderful Thai-inspired vibe and style that really makes you feel like you’ve escaped somewhere special. There’s also lovely live music, including violin, which adds a perfect touch to the evening. A special thank you to the staff, especially Mohamed Hisham, for the warm and attentive service. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back! 🌅🎻
The food was *so good* in terms of taste. It compensated for the inattention to detail. For example, the dish I ordered was supposed to have pistachios on top and a full chicken breast rather than sliced chicken, and my husband’s dish was supposed to include nuts, according to the menu description. Still, everything tasted delicious, and I really enjoyed the food overall. The waiters were friendly, especially Hosni who served our table.
A lovely restaurant by the river Nile. Great views, such a lovely place to be either with family or friends. Food was amazing, honestly beyond our expectations! We tried the Ceasar salad, Teriyaki salmon, grilled chicken n the dynamite shrimps. Food was of such great quality n taste. Service wasn’t great, they kept telling us that all tables are booked n wanted to give us a table in the sun, to my surprise when we left non of the tables that were referred to as ‘reserved’ where even seated! I would say that the staff were somehow inefficient
Really nice place! It’s a small restaurant but cozy and clean. The sitting area is outdoor with a view of the Nile river. The food is really good and you can tell it’s good cuisine no fast food! We went for afternoon coffee and we all had deserts. It was light and delicious. The atmosphere is great, no cats going around! I definitely recommend this place!
