I had an outstanding stay at Triumph Luxury Hotel, and I can confidently say it is one of the best hotels in Egypt. The hotel itself is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and offers a luxurious atmosphere with excellent facilities. What truly made my experience unforgettable was the reception team. A special thank you to Alaa, Mahmoud, Ahmed, and Mohammed (Bkheet). They are, without a doubt, the best hotel staff I have ever met in Egypt. From the moment I arrived, they welcomed me with kindness, professionalism, and warm smiles. They were always attentive, helpful, and ready to assist with any request, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. Their exceptional customer service, respect, and dedication went above and beyond my expectations. They handled everything efficiently and ensured that my stay was smooth, comfortable, and memorable. Our stay at Triumph Luxury Hotel was truly unforgettable, as it was the hotel where we spent our wedding night. It was honestly one of the most beautiful and memorable days of our lives. Been there for one night Located in a quiet neighborhood. Parking is under ground, capacious, well organized and well ventilated. Extremely huge luxurious lobby, professional and friendly staff. Check in at 14:00, check out at 12:00 Room was clean with a king size bed, the dressing room is concealed behind the bed saving a lot of space in the already spacious room. Bathroom had a clear view glass window with a central 2 persons bath tub and a separate glass partition for the shower and another partition for the toilet. The only down side in the room was the smart light and a/c controller which needs to be more user friendly. Wifi is free but much slower than the cellular network. Room service and the food were excellent. Overall highly recommended.
I stayed at the Triumph Luxury Hotel for three nights while attending a conference and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I was pleasantly surprised to find a fresh plate of fruits in my room upon check-in, which was a lovely personal touch. The room itself was very spacious and had a beautiful view overlooking the pool area. For shopping and coffee, the U Venues mall is located nearby and was very easy to reach. Getting around the city was also quite simple because Uber was always available and reliable. I even took a trip to the Giza Pyramids, which only took about 38 minutes and cost less than 14 BND for the return journey. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting New Cairo for business or leisure.
