As usual one of the best hotels in Cairo. One of our main reasons to stay here is the breakfast and the team working there, manager Abdulrahman, chef Tarek and Abdullah are really super kind and cheerful. They really make our days every time we visit the hotel. Special thanks to waiter Islam as well.
We had a wonderful stay! The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and attentive to every detail throughout our visit. To top it off, the dining experience was truly fantastic. A very special thank you to Islam at the restaurant for his warm hospitality, and to Chef Tarek, who welcomed us personally and made us the best maamoul—it’s easily the Palace’s signature dessert! We highly recommend staying here
Best service ever! Yesterday, Chef Hossam made me the most delicious Nutella crepe, and today Chef Abdullah exceeded expectations with an amazing Nutella crepe and a beautifully prepared fruit plate. Everything was fresh, delicious, and presented perfectly. What made the experience even better was the exceptional service—everything was brought directly to my table, so I never had to get up to get my food. Both chefs provided outstanding hospitality and made the experience truly memorable. Highly recommended!
We had an amazing stay with our young kids. Service was amazing, staff very helpful, amenities very well maintained. Pool and pool service were awesome! Amira at the kids area was great and my daughter loved her, Malak at the breakfast buffet and the chef were smiley, courteous and offered great service and a delicious breakfast. Check in and put were seamless. After leaving, we were contacted by the butler service that they found my wife’s gold bracelet left behind in the room and offered ways to puck it up. Really an enjoyable stay and a memorable experience! Thanks Kempinski New Cairo!
