I was very afraid from the reviews but it exceeded my expectations. I booked morocoon bath and massage. The reception told me i can come early to use jacuzzi and sauna. I didn’t come early but still used it was really nice and hot (guess i’m lucky). The moroccon bath is really good and clean. The massage was medium not the best I had but still not bad ( i had Swedish). I really wanted to like the massage more as their booking process is easy you just book one day earlier which is very convenient for me. Overall a nice experience i would go again to try more services or for the bath again.
Yasterday was amazing; I had the coconut package as birthday gift. First of all the place is very clean, cozy and well organized. The whole process from making reservation till they leave me with a warm goodbye smile run in a very professional and smooth way. The massage with Hadeer was beyond amazing, the royal Hamam was realy royal very pampering. The facial ooooooof left my face naturally glowing like those models I see on Instagram. It wasn't my first time the third but the experience gets more and more heart filling everytime. They even gave me a small surprise birthday party which made me feel really valued. No words can thank you enough 🌹 for how you made me feel special pampered and royalty yesterday.
I was really disappointed by the services... I got a morrocan hammam and no soap, no shampooing... It was far from an original morrocan hammam. I went out with my hair wet i was completly wet and they didn't even offer me a towel just the robe! I was freezing cold! Then they proceeded with the massage. The body one was relaxing but the scalp massage and because my hair was wet from the hammam it was a nightmare! Not relaxing at all what so ever! And I ended up with my hair up in the sky like a crazy woman and i had to pay extra for the salon next to them for a hair treatment!!! For the price we pay, it's unacceptable. I gave two stars because the receptionist was friendly.
