Good vibes, fresh pasta but need to work on the service I understand there was a rush and the staff was busy they are nice speaking politely. I just got a bottle of water with no cup and I don’t really understand why they have no reason to do so rather than that it was a good experience.

A cozy intimate diner, primarily Italian dishes, with some excellent cold beverages (Hibiscus cold tea, Hungarian Orange lemonade). What surprised us was the generous portions, and excellent spread for both vegetarians, and meat eaters. A place with not more than 6 tables, this place transports you into a friend's living room.
The place itself is vibrant and nicely decorated, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service was below expectations—though it may have been due to one staff member. We ordered three dishes and two drinks, and both the food and drinks took much longer than expected. What was frustrating is that tables that arrived after us received their drinks and orders before we did. The Frutti di Mare was disappointing, with an extremely small seafood portion and a dry, average-tasting sauce. The Spaghetti Bolognese was also underwhelming; the sauce was almost nonexistent, the meat was mixed heavily with onions, and the pasta was undercooked. The third dish, Six, was the best of the three,the mix of cheeses and sun-dried tomatoes worked well, and I’d rate it 7/10. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and was disappointing, especially since I was really excited to try this place.
Tried the unforgettable burrata pasta and the tomato soup, both were excellent. The pasta was rich, balanced, and genuinely memorable, while the tomato soup was comforting and full of depth, not basic at all. Quality ingredients and solid execution. A strong spot for pasta lovers in Zamalek.
