Our stay here was lovely. We stayed in a newly renovated room in a quiet area of the hotel. Perfect location as it’s near everything but still a little bit out of the way to be quieter! The staff was all very attentive and kind. The hotel breakfast was the best we had at any place we stayed in Egypt, including the Pyramisa in Aswan. Definitely happy we stayed here and enjoyed it very much!
The highlights of my stay were definitely the outstanding service and the breakfast. The gym and pool are also in great shape and worth using. However, while the rooms themselves are nice, the cleanliness was not quite up to par. I hope to see an improvement here, as everything else about the hotel was excellent."
My stay at Pyramisa Suites Hotel Cairo has been truly wonderful. I have been here for two days and the experience has exceeded all expectations. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with extraordinary warmth by Mona and Radwa. Their smiles immediately made us feel at home. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. Not only did they greet us with kindness, but they also helped us in the best possible way, giving us excellent advice on how to move around the city. Their professionalism, positivity, and constant smiles made a real difference and added a very special touch to our experience. They are truly a credit to the hotel. The rest of the staff is equally fantastic. Every member of the team is extremely helpful, always available, and ready to assist with anything you might need. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and feels modern and well maintained. The rooms and common areas are spotless, which makes the stay even more comfortable and relaxing. Another highlight is the breakfast: it is abundant, varied, and offers something for every taste and need. Whether you prefer something sweet or savory, there is a wide selection and everything is fresh and well prepared. Overall, this hotel offers not only comfort and quality but also an exceptional level of hospitality.
