If you don't mind old buildings I would recommend this hotel, they are extremely hospitable, friendly, understanding and would get any issues you have fixed, highly recommended

When booking the Indiana it said it was wheelchair accessible, but upon entering the hotel the were about 10 steps in the lobby with no ramp, the bathroom door was not wide enough for a wheelchair to get through, and then there was a bath, obviously not for a disabled person. Any time we went in or out of the hotel the porter and security couldn't have been more helpful carrying my partner in her wheelchair up and down the stairs. Now as for WiFi ( cough cough) it was terrible when In and out all the time sometimes wouldn't have it for hours on end , now I don't expect English channels on the TV there were 2 CNN and a movie channel, which was as bad as the internet going on and off, at 1 stage we had no TV for 3 days, I lost count of the amount of time I went to reception eventually after 3 days a guy came to look at it, and we had 1 channel CNN news wow. We travelled to Alexandria for 3 days on our return I found an empty coffee cup in the bathroom with cigarette butts in it, that we did not leave there. Went to reception to complain and was told no one could have been in our room. And they would check the security cameras. Now no one got back to me which I take it that they seen that someone had been in our room, now if no one had been in our room I'd say they would have been back on to me to prove that no one had been in the room. So if you've an electric wheelchair or are a lone traveller stay away. If you are looking for a place to lay your head then it's for you. The room are nice and clean, and the food was surprisingly good. But I don't like being asked for a for a tip by the staff, if I am happy by the way I'm treated I will tip, and I did tip all those while leaving that were we due a tip

The location is great, but if you are looking for network access i suggest looking for another hotel. I been there for three days and there was no netwrok access at all.
