Loved every second I spent there! We were welcomed by Hadeer at the reception. She’s the one who handled our booked and was super helpful and friendly. I booked hot stone massage with Eva and I can confidently say it was one of the best massage experiences ever. She was very professional with the treatment protocol. Asma from the spa staff was also very nice and accommodating. Honestly, the people, treatments, facilities and overall ambience were amazing. Left the spa feeling refreshed and relaxed. Thanks for the great hospitality. Can’t wait to be back soon.
I had two treatments at the Iridium Spa when when we were staying at the St Regis Hotel. The spa is beautifully designed and maintained and the service is superb. Pre-emptive service at its best! From the Spa front desk, throughout the treatment and within the spa and changing areas, the service was great. I had a Pharonic massage, which was a wonderful 60 minutes massage in a quiet and lovely environment with the right level of pressure for me. The relaxation area was comfortable, with delicious ginger tea and fruits. I loved it so much that I booked a 70 minute facial, which was equally as good. The stand-out for me was the service - particularly in the changing room and relaxation area, provided by Wafah.
I did the day pass here, not any particular services. The facilities are beautiful and it includes the outdoor and indoor pools. I had a wonderful day. I was very touched by the attendant at the spa named Rahma. She was so attentive and her work ethic is beyond the norm. I really hope a big company understands that it’s the staff that interacts directly with the clients, that can make an experience better or not. Rahma, made my day so much better, and with her attention to every detail it elevated the experience for me.
