I stopped into the Kamala Asian Restaurant in the Sofitel Hotel Cairo with my wife and some friends for a light dinner while we were on tour from the U.S. The food was excellent and also had a delicious spicy "twist" to the Asian fare we often have back home. The interior is wonderfully done and the atmosphere is just what many a weary traveler would want after a long day of touring! Our waiter mustafa could not have been more attentive! The restaurant's entire staff, including the chef could be seen busying themselves about Kamala seeing to their guests. When next I am in Cairo, I will be certain to seek out the Sofitel Cairo's Kamala restaurant and hope to have Mustafa's steady hand again!
Great atmosphere !!! Ayman Nagah was friendly and provided excellent service. The food was very good of note was the shrimp tempura, the chicken gyoza and the Mongolian beef. Thank you for such a great time, wonderful atmosphere, and exceptional service Ayman Nagah
It’s a very good restaurant. The food, ambience and staff are amazing. We enjoyed a lot. How we should appreciate Mostafa, he made our experience very special with his hospitality and on point service. Fantastic Atmosphere!!! Authentic Asian Food. Chef himself is very nice approachable person who took his time to talk to us. Staff is very welcoming and active. Food is Authentic and well made. Menu is well designed with ingredients and pricing without clutter or unnecessary readings. This place is one of my rare findings. That also by chance. 10/10 will visit again when im in cairo
