Great place for seafood! The fish was fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and everything tasted homemade. The service was friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. Definitely one of the best places to enjoy fresh fish.
I had a very nice experience at Ibn Hamido Seafood Restaurant. The food was tasty, fresh, and well prepared, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the visit. One thing I would highly recommend is taking the time to visit the seafood display area first, where the fish, shrimps, calamari, and other seafood are presented fresh on ice. You can personally choose the portions you prefer — whether small, medium, or large shrimps, fish or calamari - and decide how you would like everything to be cooked. After that, you can head inside the restaurant and order your salads, soups, and other appetizers. I would also suggest checking the bill carefully before paying the final total, especially when ordering different seafood portions by weight. Overall, it’s a lovely seafood experience and definitely worth a visit when you are in Cairo.
