My stay at the Ramses Hilton in Cairo was exceptional, largely thanks to the outstanding team across the property. The dining experience and breakfast were a daily highlight. Special recognition goes to Mr. Ahmed Awad, Donia, and Dahab for their warm, attentive, and flawless service, as well as Chef Salma and Chef Karem for consistently preparing such delicious, fresh meals. Equally remarkable was the Head Concierge, Ahmed Abdoun, who went completely above and beyond. I had an ambitious list of tasks to accomplish in a very tight window, and he ensured everything was handled with seamless efficiency—even advising me on which local bank branches would have the shortest wait times. He is a true wealth of knowledge and a perfect testament to why you choose a property like this: having trusted, expert guidance on hand makes all the difference.
I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, and the room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bathroom was spotless, and housekeeping did a great job. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly stay here again. Mosleh was a very nice person and helpful.
Cairo is a busy city. You need a place to unwind and relax and this hotel fits the bill. Located off of a busy street, there are 24 floors of rooms. We ended up in two different rooms, a bookend to our trip. Room with twin beds was large with a couch and two easy chairs. Nice bathroom. The second was a queen room, slightly smaller, but still large enough to move around. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, serving made to order omelettes, fruits, pastries, breads, sausage, chicken links, yogurt, and a bunch more. There are also a couple of restaurants onsite, along with an outdoor pool and fitness center. And, security was always present. We felt very safe there.
I had a wonderful stay for my first time in Cairo. They have a bank downstairs and can exchange currency. Beautiful room and view, excellently staff, affordable laundry services, delicious food options and a ton of security. Lots of stores nearby. I felt like royalty.

Guests can enjoy a heated outdoor pool, fitness center, multiple dining options, and even an on-site casino, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere. Dining experiences are diverse and satisfying, offering both local and international cuisine. The central location is a major advantage, though it can sometimes mean exposure to the busy energy of Cairo’s streets. However, this also adds to the authentic city experience. Overall, Ramses Hilton offers great value, excellent service, and stunning Nile views. It is an ideal choice for travelers seeking a comfortable and centrally located stay in Cairo with a touch of classic elegance.
