I stay at JW Marriott Cairo at least once a month for work, and the team always recognises me and makes me feel genuinely welcome. The service is consistently excellent, and I always enjoy the breakfast, room service, spa treatments, shisha lounge and bars. A special thank you to Mariam, who is an absolute star. She stayed in touch with me on WhatsApp, helped me book a salon appointment and was always happy to help with any request. She really goes above and beyond and is a huge credit to the hotel.
A hotel can have beautiful rooms, marble floors, luxury finishes, excellent restaurants, and every amenity imaginable. But a fantastic hotel needs something more: great people. That is what makes the JW Marriott stand out. The service and support throughout our stay were consistently exceptional. Not forced. Not scripted. Genuine. The staff seemed happy, proud of the hotel, and invested in making guests feel welcome. You can usually tell when a hotel has strong leadership and management because the culture is visible everywhere. I am convinced that is the case here. Pam and I felt genuinely cared for during our stay. The restaurants were excellent. Great food, beautiful presentation, and a fantastic atmosphere. We had an amazing dinner at the Italian restaurant, but again, what made the experience memorable was the people serving us. The spa and health club were also outstanding. Professional, welcoming, and relaxing. Some parts of the hotel are older and renovations are underway, but none of that negatively impacted our stay. The property still feels luxurious, elegant, and extremely well maintained. Our room was excellent: comfortable bed, quality bedding, beautiful bathroom, coffee machine, bottled water, and a convenient mini fridge. Overall, this is an outstanding hotel experience. The facilities matter, but the people are what make this place special.
We had an absolutely amazing stay here for 5 days. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. Shout-out to Hany who made this stay truly special by spoiling our daily breakfast with amazing Egyptian specialities and some of the best falafel I ever ate! Hotel is clean and tidy and their restaurants offer a great variety of food. I can recommend the Lebanese restaurant, don't forget to try the Beirut hummus with their fresh made bread. We will definitely come back here! Until the next time!
We stayed one night before an early morning flight and had a very pleasant experience. We arrived at the hotel quite early in the morning, and the staff kindly accommodated us with an early check-in, which we really appreciated after a long trip. The room was very quiet and comfortable, and the hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The complimentary airport shuttle was also very convenient and made getting to the airport stress-free. The concierge staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. As always, JW Marriott did not disappoint. We would definitely stay here again.
