We have a great experience, the employees very kindly, they assist us with everything we need We need to keep ours bags for the day, and they let us, algo we do late check out free and get a shower, very nice everything
From the moment I checked in at Heritage Hotel, I was genuinely impressed by how spotless every corner was. The rooms, corridors, lobby, and bathrooms were all maintained to an outstanding standard — it's clear that cleanliness isn't just a priority here, it's a culture. What truly made our stay memorable, though, was the staff. Every single team member we encountered was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond without being asked. They anticipated our needs, responded quickly to every request, and always did so with a genuine smile — not the forced kind. If you're looking for a place where you feel genuinely cared for and can rest easy knowing your environment is clean and comfortable, Heritage Hotel is absolutely the answer. I had a really great stay here and would definitely recommend this place. The two hosts managing the property are incredibly kind and helpful. From the moment I arrived, they made sure I had everything I needed and were always available to assist with anything during my stay. The room itself was very comfortable and clean, and the hot water was excellent — which made a big difference after a long day exploring Cairo. The large balcony with a view over the city streets was also a nice touch. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast — it was very generous and filling, giving me plenty of energy for a full day of sightseeing. The hosts also provided useful suggestions and arrangements for tours and activities, which made my trip much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, a very warm and welcoming experience. I would happily stay here again.
Perfect place, clean, comfy, good breakfast, good price I just couldn’t ask for more, it was a great place to stay! Special mention to Yassin, he is a great guy and even helped us out with our lugagge! 10/10 :)
