I had a pleasant stay at Al Masa Hotel Ain Sokhna. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and offers beautiful sea views. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were comfortable, and the beach and swimming pools were clean and enjoyable. The only area that could be improved is the food, as the buffet had a somewhat limited variety compared to other resorts. Overall, it was a relaxing experience, and I would recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

The hotel is really clean and nice and the staff are real kind especially Marcelo and Farah. The food is really nice as there are alot of optoins to choice from. The room is realy clean and the beds are amazing and easy to sleep on and the beach and pool are really fun to swim in and the view is amazing including the big mountain infront of the hotel.

⭐️ Great hidden gem hotel, very close to cairo, great sandy beach with 24h access , nice food variety and friendly staff. My only comment that there should add a ramp on the beach for baby or wheelchair, also would be great to have a spectate access for women washrooms at the beach. Thanks alot would love to stay again

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Overall experience is good, though I feel it is quite overpriced comparing to other better locations in Egypt. Rooms are quite nice and clean, food is repetitive and quite mediocre at times, below average I would say. Suitable for family relaxation but apart from a pool there are no other activities. By 8 pm or so it goes extremely quiet.

The staff were absolutely incredible. They took our reservation last minute and upgraded our room as well was very sweet— every single person was so polite, friendly, and professional. They didn’t just do their jobs; they genuinely cared, making us feel special and welcome every day with smile from receptionist to staff and special thanks to Hassan Montaz. It’s rare to find such warmth and sincerity in hospitality, but here it felt completely natural.
