Khufu's Restaurant
Cairo

Amazing experience. The view of the pyramids is absolutely breathtaking and the atmosphere is incredible. The food was outstanding, it was a traditional Arabic cuisine with a more elevated and modern touch. Everything was flavorful and beautifully presented. The service was also excellent. The staff was very attentive and even offered to take photos for me, which made the experience even more memorable. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Cairo.
Dinner available via special reservation. Nice view, good fusion Egyptian food and great customer service! Totally recommend. Restaurant only open after 7pm, unable to access pyramid. Great for date night, gathering, birthday celebration, team meeting
Another beautiful restaurant checked off the list, this time with my lovely mom and a guide carefully selected by our travel agency. I highly recommend this place — the view is absolutely incredible, the service is perfect, and the people are genuinely kind and welcoming. And honestly, it’s not one of those typical tourist traps where you feel overcharged or disappointed. Not at all — the experience feels authentic, and the prices are fair for what you get. A truly memorable moment 🤍
I’d been wanting to try it for a while, so I was excited to finally go with my friends. We booked an outdoor table in advance, but when we arrived (only about 15 minutes late), we were told our table was no longer available and were seated inside instead. That was a bit disappointing, especially since there were several outdoor tables empty the whole time we were there. So we didn’t really like the check in experience The view is really nice, which is a big plus. However, since it’s in the Pyramids area, you can find similar views in other places too. The food was okay, but nothing special. The portions were quite small for the price. I understand it’s a tourist spot, so higher prices are expected, but the portion sizes didn’t really match. Service was generally good, but there was one uncomfortable moment near the restroom. The attendant made us feel rushed and wasn’t very polite. She also objected when we stepped aside to pray, even though another staff member later said it was fine. That interaction left a negative impression. Overall, the place has a great view and decent food, but the seating issue, portion sizes, and that experience with staff made it less enjoyable than I expected.
Dining at Khufu’s bistro with a view of the Great Pyramid of Giza was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is absolutely breathtaking — combining history, elegance, and a unique sense of place you won’t find anywhere else. The food was exceptional, offering a creative fusion of Egyptian cuisine with a Mediterranean twist. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, showcasing both authenticity and innovation. Special thanks to Chef Shehab for delivering such an incredible culinary experience. What really stood out was the outstanding hospitality. A big thank you to Mohamed Mahmoud and Micheal from the staff for their warm welcome, attentiveness, and professionalism — they truly made the visit even more enjoyable. Overall, Khufu’s is more than just a restaurant — it’s a full experience. Between the incredible food, stunning atmosphere, and world-class service, it’s a place I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Giza.
