It was not my first time , The place is good and decent with professional captains, but my experience today was ruined by the receptionist's attitude. My appointment was at 4:30 PM, but my assigned captain wasn't there. When I asked if another available captain could cover, the receptionist immediately snapped that "no one is available"—without even checking. His answer was pre-packaged and dismissive. You shouldn't force a client who arrives on time to wait around due to your scheduling issues, especially with zero effort to offer a solution.
Captain Mohaned gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. He was very professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. He knew exactly where the tension was and adjusted the pressure perfectly. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. This is an excellent spa for having a professional massage located in Nasr City, Cairo. You should contact them by their WhatsApp number to get the special packages, and you will be able to choose any massage packages that fits your needs, from full recovery ( after traveling) to Deep tissue massage therapy. So far the best professional masseurs/ coaches are Mr. Hamada Suleiman and Ahmed Heikal, P.D. The managers are fluent in English and some of their masseurs, of course they speak Arabic. 😅😇
