Stunning modern Lebanese food, every dish perfect and possibly the best meat (lamb and chicken) we have eaten in Egypt (we have eaten at some nice places). A perfect chocolate fondant demonstrated great work in the kitchen A lovely dining room, with beautiful and understated modern decor. No wait, as we had pre-booked by email, which was handled efficiently.
We intented to go another restaurant in Four seasons but it was almost full. They offered us here by saying that you can get a la carte menu as well. When we went there, the lady said they can only offer iftar menu. There was toooo much food. It is not possible to eat the whole menu for two person. It is food waste and after 10-20 min every table was able to get a la carte menu. The food was good but our experience was not because of not offering the options.
5 star meal at Byblos! The sampler platter as a starter was superb. The main course, both the fish and braised beef options, were flavorful, perfectly cooked, and quite generous in portions. The staff was delightful and ambiance lovely and relaxing. Thank you!
Everything was amazing! The atmosphere was great thanks to the live music and performances, and the service and food were top-notch. We ordered some tapas to share, the portions were generous and everything was delicious. We really enjoyed our drinks, and the shisha was also a highlight; the flavor was spot on!
