It was a very enjoyable and unique experience. Relaxing, refreshing, and unlike anything I had tried before. The combination of the FIR Sauna and Float Therapy helped me disconnect from the usual noise of daily life and fully unwind. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was calm, professional, and welcoming. Thank you to the team for the warm hospitality and support throughout the session. I left feeling relaxed, recharged, and with a clear mind. I would gladly recommend the experience to anyone looking to de-stress, recover, or simply take some time to reset and focus on their well-being.

Clean facility and very attentive staff. I tried the zero-gravity massage, cryotherapy, and FIR sauna — and they even gave me a complimentary Air Relax session. Cryotherapy was a completely new experience for me and I’ll definitely be coming back again. The dedicated sauna and shower room really make a big difference and elevate the whole experience
