Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and fresh, and in a great location. The WiFi worked well and there was always someone available if we needed any help. The staff were amazing and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. A special thank you to Fatima and Anas, who really looked after us and went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay. I would definitely recommend staying here and will 100% be returning next time I’m in Cairo!
Excellent service. The rooms were clean and very well presented. The service was courteous, and the price was good. Yusef, Mohamed, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Cairo, just 5 minutes from Ramses train station. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
After a long bus ride, we were welcomed with smiles, an early check-in, and breakfast. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed — truly kind and thoughtful service and quick response.. thank you Dunia :)
