The hotel was great. Great service and great facilities. We had breakfast included and there was a wide range of possibilities plus everything was very good. I was in the 22nd floor with great views. I used too the sky pool, I was very nice although the music was too loud. It was a bit difficult to talk due to the volume. I think that music a bit softer would be better. We also took dinner in the Peruvian restaurant. The food was amazing and the chef very concerned about the allergies. Service was also excellent however it was really noisy. In first place because of the traffic and then because of the DJ, again music too loud for a place where you go to eat and chat with friends.
The service and all the details were spectacular. Christine greeted us and took care of us from check in to check out. We had a truly five star experience. Rooms were spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. They truly made us feel at home. Sharing some Photos of the rom view and an excellent cappuccino.

The cleanliness of the entire hotel was outstanding ✨ The hospitality was exceptional—beautiful welcome refreshments at check-in 🍹 and thoughtful treats waiting for us in the room 🍫 made us feel truly valued. Spending three nights in a room overlooking the Nile 🌊 was simply unforgettable—peaceful, luxurious, and incredibly special. Highly recommended, and I’m definitely looking forward to coming back again ❤️
Everything was perfect during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in Cairo. Restaurant selection is diverse and all high quality! Rooms are very comfortable, and clean. The service was incredible! Staff are very friendly and attentive.
The front desk staff was wonderful. They upgraded our room. Check in and check out was seamless. The breakfast spread was very good. My only complaint would be the total chaos at breakfast due to too many people, not enough tables or staff. The staff were doing the best they could. But they could not keep up. We had to wait for our table to be cleaned, wait for utensils, wait for coffee etc. food quality was excellent.
