A wonderful hotel in the heart of Cairo. But first and foremost, I’d like to start my review by extending my special thanks to Eman, the front desk clerk. She was truly a great help to me. Even though I ran into some issues, she did everything she could to make up for them. I’m very grateful to her. The rooms were very clean, and I slept soundly. The hotel’s location is very central this might be its biggest advantage. If you want to stay in downtown Cairo, you should choose this place without hesitation.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. They even upgraded my room, which was such a lovely surprise. The room was spotless, comfortable, and the view overlooking the square was absolutely amazing. Everything was well maintained and made my stay even more enjoyable. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the hotel and the excellent service they provide. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with a great location and outstanding staff. Thank you for making my stay so special!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is extremely central and convenient, the rooms were always clean, and also the breakfast was delicious. Most importantly, all of the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly made us feel comfortable and cared for. We also really appreciated being able to leave our luggage safely at the hotel after check-out, which made our last day much easier. A sincere thank you to the entire team for their kindness and excellent service. We highly recommend this hotel!
Stay in Downtown Cairo, not in Gizeh! An absolute gem in the heart of Cairo – Highly Recommended! Excellent stay! This place is perfectly located right in the vibrant center of downtown Cairo, just a very short walk from the museum. The location really couldn't be better if you want to explore the real city. The staff is absolutely fantastic and available 24/7, which is super convenient. I was genuinely impressed by their proper Egyptian hospitality. Unlike in some touristy areas, nobody harassed me for tips here; they were just incredibly friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything I needed. The room itself exceeded my expectations. It was spotlessly clean – and most importantly, the bed was super comfortable with fresh, clean sheets. Coming back to a great bed and a reliable hot shower after a long day of sightseeing was exactly what I needed. Plus, waking up to such a fantastic view really elevated the whole experience. I felt completely safe during my entire stay, both inside the hotel and walking around the neighborhood. My absolute favorite feature was the little balcony overlooking the bustling streets below. It’s the perfect spot to sit and take in the local vibe. Yes, it is a bit noisy with all the traffic, but hey, that's Cairo! It's the heartbeat of the city, and you get used to it very quickly. Lastly, a tip for future travelers: If you are debating whether to book a place in Giza or downtown, definitely stay in downtown! Giza is great for a day trip to see the Pyramids, but it's really not worth staying there. Downtown Cairo has so much more to offer in terms of cafes, restaurants, and culture. You can easily just take an Uber everywhere for a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Egypt and would book it again without hesitation!
I received a very warm welcome from Marcelino, who took the time to explain everything and organized my entire 5 days stay in Cairo from day one, arriving early well before check-in. He even arranged a room so I could freshen up, and the baggage service before check-in and after checkout was excellent. The room was spacious, always clean, and beautifully decorated, clearly prepared with great attention to detail, and breakfast offered a tasty oriental option (though Marcelino kindly offered both). The cleaning service was quick and thorough, and the entire staff was extremely friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is ideal, just steps from the Egyptian Museum, the bus station, downtown, and only minutes by transport from Cairo’s main attractions. This hotel embodies wholesome Egyptian hospitality, offering double or triple the quality for what you pay, and the personalized service, especially from Marcelino and the team, made my stay truly exceptional, exceeding all expectations with no negatives to mention.
