My stay at The Sheraton Egypt has totally been amazing. The rooms are impeccable as well as the service🙌🏽🙌🏽, the location has stunning views especially at night when all the town is lit up and I’m on the 24th floor, end room with a huge wraparound balcony.. The one thing that stand out is the server we had a breakfast each day Ibrahim😌, he was very attentive and the service was over the top fantastic, friendly and on top with bringing you what you needed even before you asked… so a very special shout out to him. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Cairo Egypt.🙌🏽😁🥰
I had a great stay at Sheraton Cairo. The hospitality and service throughout my visit were excellent, and the staff made the experience truly enjoyable. Special thanks to Mariyan for the amazing check-in process and to Maria for the swift and efficient check-out. I would definitely recommend Sheraton Cairo and look forward to staying here again.
Had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable with a best view, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options.special thanks to all restaurant staff and Mr Omar Abd Al Azim for the great hospitality and definitely will come to hotel again because of his professionalism and welcoming attitude.
Exceptional Stay & Top Hospitality! First time at Sheraton Cairo and truly impressed! Despite the very high occupancy, busy operations and the understandable delay, the wait was totally worth it for the beautiful room and amazing view. Special thanks to Mr. Amir (Front Office Manager) for his warm welcome and for rushing my room setup. Also, many thanks to Ms. Christina for the smooth check-out, Mr. Youssef (night shift) for being helpful with my calls and all the reception team. Room service was fast and flawless. Restaurants and the rooftop bar was incredibly amazing. Working in the hospitality industry myself, I highly appreciate how they maintain such excellent service during peak times at the reception . Highly recommended!
Our stay at the Sheraton Cairo was truly enjoyable from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the reception team at the Club Lounge warmly welcomed us while graciously accommodating our request, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wonderful selection, and the staff stood out for their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. We also enjoyed the evening offerings in the Club Lounge. The dinner was very good, and the team consistently ensured we were well looked after, providing thoughtful and attentive service throughout our stay. The exceptional hospitality of the staff made our experience memorable, and we would happily return.
