What a delightful experience! We came for the Culina buffet but it wasn’t open so had lunch in the Lobby Lounge. Wonderful service. Nice ambience. Beautiful food. Very impressed! Fantastic shops too- we loved the Egyptian cotton and sweets boutique, as well as jewelry store. Bought things from all 3 after lunch!

Ahmed and Abdala were very attentive and personable. They went out of their way to make sure my food allergy was accommodated to give us the safest and best tasting meal. They shared information about local cuisine and some of their favorites. I highly recommended the half chicken. The best I have had. Very juicy and the most wonderful spices. If you get either of these gentlemen as your server you won’t be sorry.
