Hands down the best food I had in Cairo, Egypt. I loved this place so much that I kept coming back twice a day. 😂 The food is authentic, fresh, and tastes like a real home-cooked meal made with love. This is a family-owned restaurant, and I got the chance to meet the whole family. They are some of the most genuine, kind, and welcoming people I met during my entire time in Egypt. They always treated me with so much respect and made me feel like part of the family every time I walked in. And definitely try their fresh juices! The mango and strawberry were amazing, but honestly, try them all. They’re made with 100% natural fruit — no water added and no sugar added. Some of the best fresh juice I’ve had. To the whole family, this is your friend from New York wishing you nothing but success and the best in everything. I had a lovely time when I visited this restaurant. The owner and his wife were very very sweet. The food was delicious. I would recommend to others. Please keep in mind that this establishment is CASH ONLY!!!
I tried the hawawshi and grilled liver here, and honestly it was a great local food experience. The hawawshi was crispy from the outside, juicy inside, and full of flavor. The grilled liver was also tasty, well seasoned, and served with rice and vegetables. The place has a simple, authentic Egyptian vibe, and the food feels fresh and homemade. Good value for money and definitely worth trying if you like traditional Egyptian food
Cairo was our final stop in Egypt, and this was absolutely our favorite restaurant! Every single dish reflected incredibly high standards, which is why we ended up eating here two days in a row. We are happy with the amazing flavors, great prices, and excellent service. Inshallah! 棒！
We like this place the Mixed Grill Platter and Burger was absolutely delicious and very fresh. The place is very pleasant and clean, with a welcoming atmosphere. The owner is a very kind and friendly man. He told us that many women work in his restaurant and that he truly believes in women — and it really shows. The waitresses are lovely, attentive, and provide excellent service. We would also like to mention that the male waiter was highly professional. Great service, tasty food, affordable prices. We highly recommend this place for an enjoyable and inexpensive dinner.
