I had a very good experience at Sofia Pyramid Hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely polite, especially the night-shift staff, who was very, very nice and helpful throughout our stay. Also, Amr Baker was an excellent staff member — very professional and kind. Overall, it was a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel.
This hotel very beautiful and the place is good to relax with pyramids view.. grateful.. staff always smile always happy to serve us ..
