One of a kind experience. I had a Moroccan Hammam, Mrs. Hind did an excellent work on my skin. Following, I had a long session of a deep tissue massage which reseted my soul and energy.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service at your spa. Unfortunately, it has been well below expectations due to the fact that your phone is consistently unanswered since June 13 2026 We have repeatedly tried calling on multiple occasions to make inquiries and arrange services, but no one ever answers or calls back. To confirm it wasn't an issue on our end, we even called while standing at the reception desk of the spa, and the phone continued ringing without anyone picking up. Being unable to reach the spa by phone is extremely frustrating and creates an unnecessary barrier for customers. Reliable communication is a basic expectation, and this experience has been unacceptable.
Every year when I come to Cairo, I make sure to visit this place. The atmosphere is wonderful, combining Asian hospitality with the warmth and friendliness of Egypt. It has created a truly beautiful and welcoming environment. A special thanks to Surapa, who was incredibly professional and so kind. She made me feel right at home from beginning to end. When I come back again, I will definitely choose her services once more🌸 Thank you, Surapa, for making my day so much better! 😊🌷🌺🫰
Last Thursday was my first time visiting , also my first time trying a Moroccan hammam and massage in Egypt. I will definitely come back again. The experience was luxurious and wonderful. The service was on time, which I really appreciate. It’s best to book a few days in advance as they are usually fully booked. My booking included a Moroccan hammam followed by a massage on the same day. The staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. Upon arrival they provide slippers and ask you to fill in your details (including any allergies or preferences). You’re then shown to your private locker which includes a robe and essentials. Booking a service gives you access to the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. There are separate areas for women and men, except for the pool which is shared. Towels and bottles of water are available everywhere. The Moroccan hammam with Bushra, a Moroccan lady, was absolutely amazing. She was very professional, attentive and made the whole experience feel authentic and luxurious. The massage was with Yaya, a Thai therapist and it was relaxing that I actually fell asleep during the session. After the massage there is a relaxation area where you can enjoy a hot drink with cookies and dried apricots. Highly recommended.
Located adjacent to the Dusit Thani hotel in New Cairo, Devarana Spa is a little sanctuary in the bustling city to unwind and relax. I had a 90-minute deep tissue massage and it was great. The facility is luxurious and the service was impeccable. You can use their sauna and pool area for one hour before your appointment. The massage therapist Wika was Thai and she was attentive and very professional. Highly recommended.
