Description

Our delegate will pick you up from your hotel in Hurghada at around 11:00 PM. After pick-up, you’ll drive to Luxor in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle. Relax during the journey as you head to explore Luxor’s most important historical monuments. Upon arrival in Luxor early in the morning, a representative will welcome you and take you to a local café to enjoy some traditional tea. Afterwards, you’ll experience a magical 45–60 minute hot air balloon ride, watching the sunrise over Luxor’s archaeological sites. Next, head to the West Bank to visit the Valley of the Kings, where you’ll explore the three most important tombs and admire the hieroglyph-covered walls. Your guide will then take you to the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut, the most important temple in the complex. Built from limestone, it consists of three floors with open balconies and features statues of the god Osiris and Queen Hatshepsut. You’ll then visit the Mortuary Temple of Amenhotep III at the Colossi of Memnon before stopping for lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, enjoy a peaceful felucca ride at sunset along the Nile. Sip a free cup of traditional Egyptian tea while watching the sun slowly set over the Luxor West Bank. Next, visit the East Bank and explore the largest temple in Luxor – Karnak Temple – dedicated to the god Amun, his wife Mut, and their son Khonsu. Finally, you’ll be transferred back to your hotel in Hurghada, ending your unforgettable day in Luxor.
