Description

Day 1: Your journey begins with a comfortable pickup from your hotel in Cairo or Giza. Begin your adventure at the Giza Plateau, where you'll visit the world-famous Pyramids of Giza and the iconic Sphinx. Next, head to the Egyptian Museum, home to thousands of ancient treasures, including the golden mask of King Tutankhamun. After lunch at a local restaurant, transfer to the airport for your included domestic flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, your driver will take you to your hotel for a restful overnight stay. Meals Included: Lunch Day 2: Rise early for a breathtaking hot air balloon ride over Luxor. Watch the sky come alive above temples and fields along the Nile. After landing, your private guide and driver will be waiting to begin your tour of Luxor's ancient wonders. First, head to the Valley of the Kings, where the pharaohs of the New Kingdom were buried in richly decorated tombs carved into the desert hillsides. Explore three of the most impressive tombs open to visitors. Next, continue to the magnificent Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, one of Egypt’s architectural masterpieces. Carved into the cliffs at Deir el-Bahari, the temple stands as a symbol of power and elegance. Then, make a brief stop at the Colossi of Memnon, two towering statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III Afterwards, cross to the East Bank of the Nile to visit the sprawling Karnak Temple Complex. Walk through its grand hypostyle hall, marvel at towering columns, and discover sacred temples Finally, after a full day of exploration, you’ll board your 5-star Nile cruise. Settle into your cabin, enjoy lunch and dinner onboard, and relax as the ship begins its journey south along the Nile.
