• Day 1: Giza Pyramids, Egyptian Museum, and Bazaar Begin your tour with a morning pickup from your hotel in Cairo or Giza. Start your day with a visit to the Pyramids of Giza: Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos. Visit the Valley Temple, where priests mummified the body of King Chephren. Get dropped off at your hotel in Cairo. • Day 2: Alexandria Highlights Day Tour from Cairo Get picked up in the morning and transfer via air-conditioned vehicle to Alexandria, which is located about 130 miles away. Start with a visit to the Roman Theater, home to 800 marble seats, galleries, mosaic floors, and a garden surrounded by Roman villas and baths. Then, see the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, the 3-level tombs which contain the stone benches upon which ancestors sat to feast on the dead and 2nd-century AD statues.
