Description

Day 1: Begin your journey with an early morning pickup from your Cairo or Giza hotel. Your first stop is the world-famous Pyramids of Giza. Stand before the Great Pyramid and the Sphinx, and hear the legends of pharaohs and the afterlife. Next, stop for lunch at a local Egyptian restaurant to enjoy traditional dishes. After lunch, continue to the Egyptian Museum, home to thousands of ancient treasures including royal mummies and Tutankhamun’s artifacts. Later, check in to your 5-star hotel in Cairo and enjoy the evening at leisure. Meals Included: Lunch only Day 2: After breakfast, travel to Alexandria. Start at the Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa, an underground necropolis blending Egyptian, Greek, and Roman influences. Next, visit the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, a stunning modern tribute to the ancient library. Stop for lunch at a local restaurant, then visit the Qaitbay Citadel, a medieval fortress on the Mediterranean coast. Return to Cairo for overnight stay.
