Day 1: Pyramids, The Egyptian Museum, and Citadel Start with pickup from your hotel and head to the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus. Then proceed to visit the Great Sphinx, which dates from the time of Chephren, and visit the Valley Temple, which belongs to the pyramid of Chefren. Have lunch at a local restaurant before visiting the Egyptian Museum, which features artifacts from the Pharaonic period. Admire 5000 years of art, the largest most precious collection of Egyptian art in the world. Then visit Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque inside the Citadel of Salah El Din before returning to your hotel. Day 2: Sakkara, Memphis, Dahshur, and Nile dinner cruise After pickup from your hotel, visit the Step Pyramid of Zoser, the world’s oldest major stone structure, built in the 3rd dynasty for King Zoser. Proceed to Dahshur and explore the Red Pyramid (the oldest true pyramid in history) and see the Bent Pyramid (the most well-preserved pyramid).
