the atmosphere of this cafe was just outstanding! the view of the Nile was incredible. the food tasted great and our waiter, Saif, just added a cherry on top with providing us with great service and kindness. definitely recommend this place.
Just wow!! Stepping foot in Tenaya felt like we were in a different world. The ambience and atmosphere was beautiful with such nice chill house music playing. We could have stayed for hours. The food and service was impeccable along with a beautiful view of the Nile. The price was perfect as well! Can’t fault it. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Maadi
Outstanding Dining Experience Right on the Nile! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We visited Tenaya for a late lunch / early dinner and had an absolutely wonderful family experience. The Vibe & View The place is gorgeous, and the view of the Nile is outstanding. Being that close to the water creates a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere that’s hard to beat in Maadi. The Food We ordered a mix of dishes, and everything was delicious: Camembert Cheese: We shared this to start—really yummy, rich, and incredibly filling. Steak Frites: Cooked to absolute perfection. Sharkasia: My wife had this traditional dish and really enjoyed it. Apple Walnut Salad: Ordered for my 8-year-old daughter, and it was fresh and very yummy. Bonus: They also serve nice, cold draft beers, which was great. The Service The staff here are incredibly nice and helpful. A special shoutout to Ahmed Hassan, who served us. He was professional, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back for sure! Highly recommended.
Exceptional food — easily one of the best dining experiences by the Nile. The grilled kofta was amazing, the roasted chicken was great, and the portions were very generous. The chicken apple salad was fresh and delicious. For dessert, the dates with ice cream and the chocolate mousse were both excellent. The view is beautiful, the atmosphere is great, and booking was smooth through the website. The staff were also very friendly. The only dish that felt a bit average compared to the rest was the chicken curry. Overall, a great experience — the whole family really enjoyed it. Highly recommended.
