I had a scrub and massage here today and honestly I left with mixed feelings. The reception area is beautiful and I want to mention that Eman at the front desk was really kind and welcoming. I was asked to come early so I could enjoy the sauna and jacuzzi before my treatment. Unfortunately I ended up waiting at reception because there were no lockers available. Then I was told I would have to change in the treatment room instead. Because of that I thought I had completely missed the chance to use the sauna and jacuzzi. Then they changed the plan again because the scrub room wasn’t ready. They told me I had five minutes. Five minutes isn’t really enough to enjoy anything, but I went to the sauna anyway. After five minutes nobody came. After ten minutes I went back and they asked me to wait two more minutes because they were still preparing the hammam room. While taking shower in the hammam, the shower handle literally came off in my hand🙈 I chose the coffee scrub and this was honestly the most painful body scrub I’ve ever had. It felt like coffee grounds mixed with sugar with no oil or anything to make it gentler on the skin. I told the therapist it was too harsh and only then she added what looked like shower gel or liquid soap. By that point my skin already felt like it had been rubbed with sandpaper. The massage itself was okay. Nothing bad, but nothing special either. One small thing that also surprised me was that the face cradle on the massage table wasn’t covered with a clean towel. I had to cover it myself before putting my face down. Another issue is that most of the staff, apart from the receptionist, spoke very little English, which made communication difficult. Overall, the place gives a great first impression. The entrance and reception are beautiful. But once you go inside, you start noticing lots of small details that don’t feel well thought out. Doors to staff areas were left open, so guests could see employees sitting on their phones and eating. It breaks the atmosphere and doesn’t feel very professional. It feels like a place with a lot of potential, but the experience doesn’t really match how beautiful it looks from the outside.

My first time in this branch was so great that I went again the next week. The Nev holistic massage with Jingkey is super therapeutic and relaxing, real deep tissue if you’re full of stress and knots. She’s amazing and really knows how to make your muscles feel better.

Honestly, I’m disappointed. I booked the Serenity package. I started with the Moroccan bath on time and finished on time. Then, I had to wait for 30 mins to do the massage, which was inconvenient and very obvious that double booking had happened. I will wait for more time, and all the staff did was lie and say that I would start in 10 mins, although there was no room available. I had to leave because I had other appointments that day, and unfortunately, I didn’t do the massage.

A truly relaxing experience! We tried the Moroccan bath and the body massage; both were exceptional, 10/10 for duration and professionalism.
