The staff and ownership go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The hospitality provided by Ali and his team is genuine and attentive, making the stay feel personalized and comfortable. It is rare to find a place that balances professional service with such a welcoming atmosphere.
Location is fantastic as it's situated right opposite the Grand Egyptian Museum and walking distance to the Pyramids. They provide impeccable customer service and can arrange customised trips to anywhere you want. The brothers Mohamed and Yaseen are very accommodating. The rooms are clean and the bathroom has a shower tray and cubicle, unlike other Egyptian hotels. They want to make your stay in Egypt memorable and they go all out out to please. There is a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer, so you can cook or reheat food. Although it's close to the flyover, its very quiet and we've slept like babies. We were at another hotel on the Al Mansouriah and it was dreadful, the traffic was non stop 24 hours a day, with horns tooting all night and the building site next door would start at 5 am. You can't go wrong with the Gem Boutique hotel.
I stayed 2 nights over here with my family. It looks nearby the grand museum. But it is 27minues by walk back to the hotel . The owner try to scam and try to sell a lot of products that u don’t need . They only think about how to make more money from u . The price that they charge is insane . And the hotel location is superior difficult to find . No driver can find it . And no restaurant nearby . There are a lot of trash nearby the hotel building. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in my life.
Our stay at THE GEM VIEW BOUTIQUE was genuinely outstanding. The rooms were incredibly spacious, clean, and modern, equipped with excellent air conditioning — a true comfort in Cairo. The rooftop terrace offers a sight you won't forget: a breathtaking panorama of The Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), perfectly framed by the majestic Giza Pyramids in the distance. Our host, Ali, elevated the entire experience. He was most accommodating and immensely knowledgeable, offering expert tips and tricks for both the local area and all of Egypt's major attractions. Ali efficiently organized our drivers and sight visits, making our planning stress-free. Ali’s personal attention and genuine hospitality transformed our trip, making us feel perfectly cared for and welcomed, like family. Highly recommend this boutique stay!
