The staff are incredible, and the place is extremely clean. Their humility, willingness to help, kindness, and service are outstanding. The kitchen is more than perfect. The restaurant team is +10, the reception is +10, and our driver, Mr. Sarwat, is not a 10 — he’s a 1000. Mr. Sarwat’s heart, kindness, and dedication were one of the main reasons why my time in Egypt became a WONDERFUL experience. Thank you all so much. I hope to see you again soon.
