Great service and excellent customer care. The room was clean and comfortable. The reservation team and reception staff were professional and efficient. The breakfast and food were delicious. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel. Special appreciation goes to the room supervisor, whose dedication and care were clearly reflected in the cleanliness and organization of the room. Their attention to guest comfort, prompt follow-up, and commitment to excellence made my stay enjoyable and memorable.
This is an excellent hotel located at the heart of Cairo and near many different attractions. Everything I experienced in the hotel was great. I was upgraded to a suite that felt super-posh and well-appointed. Comfortable bed and sitting area, spacious bathrooms, especially the ensuite one), very clean all around, great views. Breakfast was very complete and offered many options to satisfy different palates. I also had a chance to have dinner at the rooftop bar, which provided not only excellent food but also awesome views. Service was attentive and professional, always with a smile.

His leadership clearly reflects in the seamless management and high standards of the hotel. He goes above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable and that everything runs perfectly. The front desk experience was equally fantastic. The reception team—Aya, Mohi, and Omnia—welcomed me with genuine warmth and professionalism. They were incredibly efficient, attentive to every detail, and always ready to help with a smile, making check-in and the entire stay completely hassle-free. Beyond the excellent service, the hotel boasts a prime location and great amenities, but it is truly the staff that makes this place shine. I highly recommend Novotel Cairo El Borg to anyone visiting Cairo and look forward to returning soon!
The hotel maintained a very high cleanliness. My room was spotless and the chamber staff always tried hard to make my room welcoming by arranging my pillows in a very artistic display:) All staff were welcoming from the moment I came through the door. The food was good, arriving hot and well cooked. An amazing management. Being in the hospitality business I appreciate that little extra they went to. Would definitely return and recommend.
I came with my bestie to Cairo and stayed at this hotel. From the moment we arrived we had a great experience until we sadly had to leave as our trip ended. The front desk is super welcoming and helpful with all our needs. The breakfast is amazing we took advantage every morning. Special thanks to Omar, who fixed our room every day and made our stay more special with creative towel decorations. We also used the car service at the hotel which made our transportation a lot easier. Special thanks to all staff who was very patient helpful with all of our questions and everybody speaks great English which was very helpful for us. Thank you 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
